Policies
 SHOTS - Proof of current vaccines required.
Please bring records to you first appointment, and following each update.
DROP-OFF - Please have your pet at the salon by your scheduled
time. You may drop your pet off early, if necessary,
after 8:00 AM.
RETURN PICK-UP - Please call ahead to make sure your pet is finished
before you come. It is upsetting to your pet if you drop in and the
pet is not finished. This may cause behavior problems in the future.
Your pet is welcome to stal all day.
SCHEDULES - We do the best we can to work with your schedule.
Remember, when working with live animals, it can be impossible to adhere
to a strict schedule. Many factors may require unexpected, additional
time.
CANCELLALTIONS - Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
when it is necessary to cancel your appointment.
NO SHOWS - When you fail to keep your appointment without prior
cancellation, it causes a number of problems. We understand that an
occasional oversight may occur, but we must charge for repeat no-shows.
