ULTRA
WASH - our new state-of-the-art POWER WASHING UNIT cleans
all the way down to the skin (even the heaviest coats).
It lifts and removes dead flakes, gently massages strained and tired
muscles, and eases the pain of stiff joints and arthritis.
FLUFF
DRY -
with commercial dryers, which have temperature control, humidity
control, and timers. We do not use cage
dryers. All pets are completely dry before going home.
*HAND SCISSORED and
trimmed according to breed specifications or owner's request. Your satisfaction
is very important.
If you are not satisfied with the groom,
please contact us within 24 hours to se up a scheduled time to touch-up
your pet.
PRICES are
calculated on a per hour basis, rather than by breed. Many factors,
such as behavior, matting, etc affect the time required to groom your
pet properly, and therefore influence the price. This is why a friend's
pet of the same breed may be priced higher or lower than yours.
Policies
SHOTS - Proof of
current vaccines is encouraged. Please bring records to you first
appointment, and following each update.
DROP-OFF - Please have your pet at the salon by your scheduled
time. You may drop your pet off early, if necessary,
after 8:00 AM.
RETURN PICK-UP - Please call ahead to make sure your pet
is finished before you come. It is upsetting to your pet if you
drop in and the pet is not finished. This may cause behavior problems
in the future. Your pet is welcome to stal all day.
SCHEDULES - We do the best we can to work with your schedule.
Remember, when working with live animals, it can be impossible
to adhere to a strict schedule. Many factors may require unexpected,
additional time.
CANCELLALTIONS - Please notify us at least 24 hours in
advance when it is necessary to cancel your appointment.
NO SHOWS - When you fail to keep your appointment without
prior cancellation, it causes a number of problems. We understand
that an occasional oversight may occur, but we must charge for
repeat no-shows.
